Product Details:
1.The machine applies for many type of dyeing,for instance,cotton linen,wool,artificial wool acrylic bulked yarn and melting mixed yarn.Many pre and after treatments are carried out on this machine.
2.The distance between hank bars is 438~814mm,which is fit for defferent hank dyeing.The complete-layer model further meets different length and special dimensions hank dyeing.
3.Automatically changing the circulation direction of dyeing liquor by precision timing relay to ensure the hank dyeing even effect.
4.Adjusting the dyeing liquor speed and circulation times by multi-stage belt wheel to meet different requirement of dyeing process;or using transducer to realize non-grade changing speed according to realize non-grade changing speed according to customers demand. The second effect is more ideal.
5.Multi-machine combined use can improve the production quality and decrease the dyeing defference as dyed in different machine.
Standard Structure and parts
The machine body is made of anti-corrosive high quality steel with strong shaped hank bars.
High effect axial pump with mechanical seald equioment
Heating up and down coils with direct and indirect heating function.
Addition tank equipped with stirring(not available in Y-100 or down Y-100)and indirect heating.
Charging pump made of high quality stainless steel (not available in Y-5 or down Y-5).
Used conveniently sampling devices.
